Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Tonelixa, or by using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App or the website.

2. Description of Service

Tonelixa is an iPhone audio management app that allows you to:

• Import audio offline from videos, Files, your photo library, Apple Music, and recordings
• Trim, mix, preview, and keep a local audio library
• Set custom ringtones, play imported audio in the background, and share tracks
• Access additional features through a Pro subscription or limited free access

Website demos are brand presentations. They are not the full product and do not process real audio files.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Tonelixa offers optional Pro subscriptions with the following product identifiers:

• com.toneslice.group.sub.weekly.v1 – Weekly subscription
• com.toneslice.group.sub.monthly.v1 – Monthly subscription
• com.toneslice.group.sub.quarterly.v1 – Quarterly subscription
• com.toneslice.group.sub.yearly.v1 – Yearly subscription

Available plans, prices, and subscription terms are shown in the App before you purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policy.

4. Free and Ad-Supported Access

Non-Pro users may access certain features by watching a rewarded advertisement, which grants temporary access for 24 hours. Availability of this option may vary. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free access features at any time.

5. User Content and Copyright

You are solely responsible for the audio, video, and other content you import into Tonelixa. You represent that you have the legal right to use any content you import, including necessary licenses or permissions for copyrighted material.

• Do not use Tonelixa to import, copy, edit, create, or distribute ringtones from content you do not have the necessary rights to use.
• The fact that content is available to select or can be technically imported does not mean that Tonelixa has verified your rights to it.
• Purchasing, subscribing to, or being able to play content may not include permission to edit it, create a ringtone from it, or share it with others.
• Tonelixa does not host or store your imported content on our servers.
• All imported content remains on your device unless you choose to share or export it.

6. Built-In Audio

Tonelixa may include audio for in-app preview, editing, and personal ringtone creation. Built-in audio is not offered through the App's general file-sharing feature and may not be extracted or redistributed as a standalone audio file.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Tonelixa to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others
• Distribute harmful, offensive, or harassing content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App
• Circumvent subscription or access controls

8. Intellectual Property

Tonelixa, including its design, code, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the App.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Tonelixa is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices or iOS versions.

Ringtone setting methods may vary depending on your iOS version (for example, direct system APIs on newer versions or export via GarageBand on older versions). We are not responsible for changes Apple makes to ringtone functionality. iOS does not allow third-party apps to write the system ringtone list directly.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App.

Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or USD $10 if you have not made any purchases.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Tonelixa if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) will remain in effect.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in China, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

14. Intellectual Property Concerns

If you believe that content available through Tonelixa infringes your intellectual property rights, contact us with identification of the work, the material at issue, your contact details, and a statement describing your rights. We may temporarily disable disputed material while reviewing the request.
